Please take note that the processing time of your refund will depend on the type of refund and the payment method you used. Learn everything you need to know about our Refund Policy.

Refund Types:

Dealme will process your refund according to the following refund types:

1. Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
2. Refunds from closure of merchant- Refund process starts when dealme is notified merchant is closed for business.
3. Refunds from closure of dealme - Refund process starts when dealme is decided to close for business.

However, please note under this policy, dealme does not generally permit the return of, or offer refunds for:

• Refund requisition is made after pickup period in any circumstances or reasons
• Purchased services from merchants / partners with result of either unsatisfactory or satisfactory
• Services were not redeemed before expiry date of redemption period. Dealme will send notice via push notification and email as reminder.

*100% of full refund is the total amount minus the credit rebates of the said purchase.
